Went to the gym today. Finally did 3x 10reps of wide-grip pull-ups. Pre-gym snack was 2 blueberry muffins.
To begin I did three sets of:
10 pull-ups
10-12 dips
10 push-ups
2 or 3 minutes on cross-trainer

Just did a weighted walk, the rucksack weighed 32.8 lbs on the way back.
Apparently…. adding weight will allow you to burn more calories per mile, but only about 5-8 calories more per mile for every 10 pounds added… a man weighing 200lb would burn about 30calories for an extra 1/4mile walked at easy pace without [...]
