This is a personal blog, a bit like a diary. It’s going to be mainly health and fitness. So, that would be what I’m doing at the gym and what I’m eating. Kinda dull, huh? There’s also other stuff that is all related like sleep, psychology, number of reps/sets, training schedule, and whatever training techniques I discover.
I’m not expecting a huge readership, will be very surprised if anyone gets through reading a post but anyone who wants to read is more than welcome.
