Looks like the scales are broken, it was saying 27% body fat, which is way off. Here is my reading from today at the gym…

Weight, BMI and body fat % readings

14.1% body fat is ok.

Have been trying to go to the gym and do 30 minutes cardio on an empty stomach before breakfast. It’s good to do 30 minutes cardio every day. Because it’s on an empty stomach the body burns fat instead of using energy from the food. Doing this normally also means I have more than 12 hours without food, so it’s approaching “intermittent fasting” with 30 minutes cardio at the end.

It feels great but I probably can’t do a resistance session in the evening after doing cardio in the morning.
