It looks like I was slouching on the previous reading, this looks even better. Might have to do a few more readings to figure out how wild the numbers are. Even though the time of day is different for both readings, both were after 30 minutes cardio on an empty stomach, before breakfast. The first one may have been without food (fasting) for 16 hours, today was probably nearer 8 hours.


10.6% body fat is great but I don’t feel like that at the moment. Sub 10% means that abs would be more defined so I’ll have to start doing more ab workouts.
