Stopped Buying Bread!

After having not done that much for a while the past two months I have been going to the gym quite often, this month it has been 10 times. I also addressed my bread addiction so I’ve not bought any bread for a couple of weeks, eating rice cakes and ryvita instead. I went to the gym today and it looks like I’ve lost 3 lbs since last time I weighed myself. The fat percentage is down 2.2% to 13.2%, and The BMI is also down 2 to 22.1!

I don’t know how long it’s been since cutting right back on bread but these are good results so far. I still eat sandwiches in Starbucks and I have some wholemeal pittas to use instead of toast.

In other news, I had a good session the other day where I did pull-ups sets 10, 10 and 9. Not so good today but it was probably 10, 10-ish and 8.
