After being away for most of the weekend I wanted to begin the week with a workout seeing as I failed to go on Sunday evening. Feeling good but sometimes feel like I’m still not 100%, glandular feeling. The fact that it’s taking so long to go away makes me think it’s glandual fever (Mono). I’m generally ok so just ignoring it.

Gym today was back/triceps (pull-ups, dips, triceps, barbell row and some lat pull-downs on a machine). I’m finding pull-ups and dips way harder than they used to be, maybe because I’ve got used to being lazy. After the last session I was in pain for a few days so hopefully not so bad this time so I can jump straight back on the horse tomorrow.

  • 3x sets of pull-ups (8, 6 and 6 reps)
  • 3x set dips (10, 10 and 8 reps)
  • 3x set of tricep pulldowns (25,30,25 in weight, 6-10 reps)
  • 1x set of bent over barbell row

The past few sessions have all been spaced out so they’ve all been focussed on my favorite muscles, back and triceps, so going to try and get down again tomorrow or wednesday for another session of something different. Maybe a 100% delt session or chest / biceps.
