Food intake..
- 200g muesli and skimmed milk – 800 cal
- Nutella sandwich – 260 cal
- Twiglets – 100 cal
- Green beans in pittas with mayo – 260 cal
- Apple – 65 cal
- Beans on toast with cheese – 590 cal
- Peanut butter sandwich – 300 cal
- 2x cookies – 230 cal
- …plus drinks (coffee, tea, orange juice, can of beer, water)
Total = 2,605 calories estimate plus drinks
Been sneezing today but feeling ok. Went to the gym shortly before going to bed. Late in the day so I started off tired so just did a light workout. Also, need to make sure I’m over this illness.
- 2x sets pullups (6 reps)
- 2x sets dips (8 reps)
- 2x sets delt triads
- 2x sets dumbell curls (normal and hammer)
- 1x pulldowns
- 1x bent over barbell row
- 1x forearm exercise
