Food intake..

  • 200g muesli and skimmed milk – 800 cal
  • Nutella sandwich – 260 cal
  • Twiglets – 100 cal
  • Green beans in pittas with mayo – 260 cal
  • Apple – 65 cal
  • Beans on toast with cheese – 590 cal
  • Peanut butter sandwich – 300 cal
  • 2x cookies – 230 cal
  • …plus drinks (coffee, tea, orange juice, can of beer, water)

Total = 2,605 calories estimate plus drinks

Been sneezing today but feeling ok. Went to the gym shortly before going to bed. Late in the day so I started off tired so just did a light workout. Also, need to make sure I’m over this illness.

  • 2x sets pullups (6 reps)
  • 2x sets dips (8 reps)
  • 2x sets delt triads
  • 2x sets dumbell curls (normal and hammer)
  • 1x pulldowns
  • 1x bent over barbell row
  • 1x forearm exercise
