Went to the gym and did some abs, dumbell curls and a few delts. On the way back I picked up some electronic scales. Here are the readings…

  • Weight: 170 lbs
  • Fat: 18%
  • Water: 55%
  • Muscle: 41%
  • BMI: 24%
  • BMR: 1900 cal (daily calories burned during rest)

This info can be compared with older readings like in this post.

Been eating loads and not exercising so I’d have expected the fat % to have gone up since I last checked it but 18% does look a bit high. The muscle mass is interesting as I’ve not checked this before, my legs aren’t what I tend to work on so maybe that affects it.

Went shopping and got some eggs and cottage cheese for extra protein.

Still feeling a little unwell after training, even though I didn’t really do much again today.

Ate a lot today.
