Workout schedule, diet and health discussion

Feeling much better at the moment. Almost ready to go to the gym again. Not been getting much sleep recently and diet has not been great but feel ok. Had a haircut the other day and am going to start a new gym on May 1st unless anything unexpected happens.

Was reading the other day about being self-employed and how routine and self-discipline is very important. The routine is the thing that has gone out of the window with not being able to work out. Not exercising means that I don’t get as tired and affects my sleep, which then affects the routine. So getting better and sorting out the routine means that I can also focus more on working and earning money.

More good news is that the sun is shining and I’ve almost finished a project. Work is feeling more manageable but it’s in need of prioritizing/sorting out.

The forecast for today is a high of 18°C or 64°F but even with it being pretty warm I’ve still got cold feet. I think working out and eating garlic should fix this.

So, I’ve almost done stage 1 in this post and then I can get back to where I was and make some more goals like on this post. Feels good.
