6 mile walk today. Here is what I ate for the whole day…

  • Chocolate porridge – 614 cal, 16g protein (112g oats: 413 cal, 12g; 225g almond milk: 101 cal, 2g; 2x squares dark chocolate: 100 cal, 2g)
  • 200ml grapefruit juice – 82 cal, 0.8g protein
  • 2x Peanut butter sandwich – 920 cal, 36g protein.. 2x(100g multigrain bread: 265 cal, 10.4g; 33g peanut butter: 195 cal, 7.6g)
  • Tomato, pasta and egg – 623 cal, 32g (100g whomeal pasta: 316 cal, 12.7g; can of plum tomatos: 88 cal, 4.4g ; 2x fried eggs: 219 cal, 14.9g)
  • 2x digestive biscuits – 140 cal, 2.2g protein
  • …plus drinks (coffee, tea, water, wine)

Total = 2,379 calories and 87g protein estimate plus drinks
