After the short gym session from the previous post I was sore for about 4 days. Felt ok today so went back again. Did a similar amount to last time.
There are two ways to look at how it’s going. The first way would be that I obviously can’t do very much at all at the moment. The other way to see it is that some of the (easier) exercises are not too much below what I was doing before, albeit on different equipment. I can only do about 3 or 4 pullups at a time so thats definitely my worst thing. Dips aren’t as bad and things like tricep pulldowns and crunches are fine. Just pacing myself, gonna see how it goes after this session then gradually build up.
