Had a decent-ish arms workout today. Some dumbell curls, barbell curls, dips, tricep pulldowns and a few press-ups to finish with.

  • 200g muesli and 200ml rice milk – 894 cal, 26.2g protein (muesli: 800 cal, 26g; milk: 94 cal, 0.2g)
  • 200ml grapefruit juice – 82 cal, 1g protein
  • 2x peanut butter bagels – 770 cal, 30g protein 2x(bagel: 285 cal, 11g; peanut butter: 100 cal, 4g)
  • Egg white protein powder – 113 cal, 24.3g protein
  • 480g veggies and vegetable gravy – 182 cal, 11.6g protein (veggies: 168 cal, 11.5g; gravy: 14 cal, 0.1g)
  • Small nutella sandwich – 190 cal, 6g protein (bread: 110 cal, 5g; nutella: 80 cal, 1g)
  • Small peanut butter sandwich – 210 cal, 9g protein (bread: 110 cal, 5g; 33g; peanut butter: 100 cal, 4g)
  • …plus drinks (coffee, tea, water)

Total = 2,441 calories and 108.1g protein estimate plus drinks
