Went to the gym today for the first time in ages. Just did one set of most things (pull-ups, dips, push-ups, barbell curls, flies, hammer curls, tricep pull-downs, crunches). Hopefully have another workout during the week.

  • Muscle: 42.4%
  • BMI: 22.8%
  • BMR: 1765

Not looking too bad.
