Went to the supermarket today. Backpack around 14.5kg, bags weighed a total of 4.8kg, so 19.3kg in total (42.5 lbs). I weigh about 160 lbs at the moment. Speed was probably 4mph there and about 3.5mph on the way back, I’ve used 3mph on the website.

Using the Walking Calories Calculator that comes out to:

318 + 376 = 694 cals.

I went to the gym and did some bicep/tricep/shoulder but not ver much. Was still sore today so may be able to go to the gym again on Fri/Saturday after todays weighted walk.
