Went to the gym today…

3/4x sets pull-ups (4 or 5 reps each)
3/4x sets dips (6 or 7 reps)
3x sets push-ups (8 or 9 reps)
1x set delt triad (7 or 8 reps)
1x set vertical barbell row

…this was the rough order I did them in. Did all 3 or 4 pull-ups first, then moved onto dips. Did pretty much that order but there was some overlapping and went back to finish some stuff off etc. It felt like a bad session. I’m not very good at pull-ups or dips at all. Dips especially was pretty bad.
