Walk to/from supermarket, 7 mile roundtrip. Weighted rucksack in both directions (16.2 lbs), slightly heavier on the way back with shopping.

Was very tired during and after this had a deep, 10 hour sleep. The sleep was good as have been not sleeping that much recently.

I’ve been doing pretty well in terms of 5 fruit and veg per day recently, but on this day I had 2-3 portions of beef curry (inc almost 500g of meat and rice, dried weight 100g) so the walk was an effort to atone for that.
