Not been to the gym for about 2 weeks due to having a cold. Before that it was about once a week.

Did 2 sets of, I think the weights are kgs. Had a decent rest inbetween the 2 sets but during the set I pretty much went from one to the next:

  • Wide grip pull-ups x6
  • Dips x8
  • Deltoid triad x6 (6kg)
  • Tricep pull-downs x8 (14kg)
  • Standing dumbell crunches x8 (12kg/14kg)
  • Pushups

Was good, feel like I’ve had a good workout, will try and get back during the week then again next weekend.
