Workout schedule, diet and health discussion

I had a gym session last weekend, and another midweek (both upper body), then yesterday I did some cardio and abs. I think my abs have been getting a workout from the upper body sessions, even though I’ve not been doing any crunches or ab excercises. After doing a few sets of crunches and leg raises I didn’t feel sore at all today so that’s good.

Went bouldering today. Decent walk there and decent walk back. I liked it. I can see myself going once or so per week if I can figure out how to get quite good at it.
