Went to the gym today. Finally did 3x 10reps of wide-grip pull-ups. Pre-gym snack was 2 blueberry muffins.

To begin I did three sets of:

  • 10 pull-ups
  • 10-12 dips
  • 10 push-ups
  • 2 or 3 minutes on cross-trainer

I thought I’d reduce the amount of stuff I was doing to reach the target. Obviously worked. After that I did some shoulder stuff with a kettlebell then tricep pull-downs to make sure I was tired enough. Pleased with today!

A few days ago I weighed myself and I was down a few pounds so I decided to eat more than I had been. Put on a few more pounds and was about 156 lbs today and 15% bodyfat. Not been eating many veggies and stomach has been playing up the past few days though, so made the effort to get some veg in today.
