  • 2x onion, pepper and chicken kebabs – 320 cals, 52g protein (estimate)
  • …gym session 2 (free outdoor gym)…
  • 2x large hard boiled eggs – 196 cal, 15.8g protein
  • 2x 275ml San Miguel – 240 cal, 0g protein
  • 130g tuna, with rice/kidney beans/sweetcorn and beetroot – 402 cal, 36.5g protein (tuna: 130 cal, 30.6g, rice: 242 cal, 4.4g; beetroot 30 cal, 1.5g) (estimate)

Went to the gym fairly early and focused on biceps. Did some hammer curls, curls, curl machine and chin-ups. Came back and had food then went for a walk, stumbled across a free outdoor gym in a park and did a mini workout in there two sets of dips, one set of pull-ups and one set of chin-ups.
