Workout schedule, diet and health discussion

I’ve started doing a lot more legs sessions and I’ve started doing deadlifts. When the aerobics room is free I’ll go in there and set up a barbell and do some barbell squats, deadlifts, barbell crunches and barbell shoulder presses. The barbell sessions tend to be on a day where I’m not working the upper body. Also, for abs I’m trying to get a lot more varied in the exercises I’m doing so I’ve started doing bicycle crunches and leg raises… could start doing planks and side planks.

The intermittent fasting has been good, although some days if I don’t eat enough, or I’m ill, I won’t stick to it.
