Went to the supermarket today. Backpack around 14.5kg, bags weighed a total of 4.8kg, so 19.3kg in total (42.5 lbs). I weigh about 160 lbs at the moment. Went to the gym today for the first time in ages. Just did one set of most things (pull-ups, dips, push-ups, barbell curls, flies, hammer curls, tricep pull-downs, crunches). Hopefully have another workout during the week. Measurements… Weight: 162.4 lbs Fat: 15.7% Water: 57.6% Muscle: 42.4% BMI: 22.8% BMR: 1765 Not looking too bad.
