7 mile round trip to supermarket. Weighted on way back.

Thursday, July 14

3 sets of push-ups and 3 sets of abs (crunches/side-to-side).

Wednesday, July 13

Walk to/from supermarket, 7 mile roundtrip. Weighted rucksack in both directions (16.2 lbs), slightly heavier on the way back with shopping.
