Gym Sessions

A lot of the time legs = legs/abs/cardio. These are just gym sessions up to June 2013, as of June I’m going to put on there all the significant exercising I do.

2013
November – 6 sessions so far…
October – 3 sessions
September – 7 sessions
August – 11 sessions (6 upper, 3 abs, 2 legs) *much more leg-work and deadlifts even on upper/abs days
July – 8 sessions (5 upper, 2 legs, 1 abs) + supermarket walk
June – Long supermarket walk, 5 sessions (3 upper, 1 legs, 1 biceps/cardio)
May – 6 sessions (6 upper)
April – 1 upper (*moved house, lots of walking with boxes)
March – 4 sessions (3 upper, 1 not much) + 5-a-side
February – 6 sessions (4 upper, 2 abs)
January – 5 sessions (4 upper, 1 abs)

2012
December – 4 sessions (3 upper, 1 abs)
November – 3 sessions (3 upper)
October – 4 sessions (3 upper, 1 legs/abs)
September – 8 sessions (4 upper, 3 legs, 1 abs)
August – 9 sessions (4 upper, 4 legs, 1 abs)
July – 10 sessions (7 upper, 3 abs)
June – 6 sessions (2 upper, 3 abs, 1 cardio)
